PCI: pci.c: convert to use BUS_ATTR_RW

This change “PCI: pci.c: convert to use BUS_ATTR_RW” in Linux kernel is authored by Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh [at] linuxfoundation.org> on Fri Dec 21 08:54:33 2018 +0100.

PCI: pci.c: convert to use BUS_ATTR_RW

We are trying to get rid of BUS_ATTR() and the usage of that in pci.c
can be trivially converted to use BUS_ATTR_RW(), so use that instead.
