[ALSA] Add AD1981HD and AD1983 support [Linux 2.6.13]

This Linux kernel change "[ALSA] Add AD1981HD and AD1983 support" is included in the Linux 2.6.13 release. This change is authored by Takashi Iwai <tiwai [at] suse.de> on Thu Apr 14 13:35:51 2005 +0200. The commit for this change in Linux stable tree is 4a3fdf3 (patch).

HDA Codec driver
Added the support of AD1981HD and AD1983 codecs.
Including the fix for AD1986A.
