nfsd/sunrpc: move sv_function into sv_ops

This change “nfsd/sunrpc: move sv_function into sv_ops” in Linux kernel is authored by Jeff Layton <jlayton [at] primarydata.com> on Mon Jun 8 12:04:46 2015 -0700.
