ipv6: fix races in ip6_dst_destroy() [Linux 5.1]

This Linux kernel change "ipv6: fix races in ip6_dst_destroy()" is included in the Linux 5.1 release. This change is authored by Eric Dumazet <edumazet [at] google.com> on Sun Apr 28 12:22:25 2019 -0700. The commit for this change in Linux stable tree is 0e23387 (patch).

ipv6: fix races in ip6_dst_destroy()

We had many syzbot reports that seem to be caused by use-after-free
of struct fib6_info.

ip6_dst_destroy(), fib6_drop_pcpu_from() and rt6_remove_exception()
are writers vs rt->from, and use non consistent synchronization among
themselves.

Switching to xchg() will solve the issues with no possible
lockdep issues.
