This Linux kernel change "USB: serial: pl2303: add Allied Telesis VT-Kit3" is included in the Linux 4.14.128 release. This change is authored by Chris Packham <chris.packham [at] alliedtelesis.co.nz> on Tue May 14 17:35:42 2019 +1200. The commit for this change in Linux stable tree is 0089afc (patch) which is from upstream commit c5f8165. The same Linux upstream change may have been applied to various maintained Linux releases and you can find all Linux releases containing changes from upstream c5f8165.

This is adds the vendor and device id for the AT-VT-Kit3 which is a
pl2303-based device.
