This Linux kernel change "ax25: fix inconsistent lock state in ax25_destroy_timer" is included in the Linux 4.19.54 release. This change is authored by Eric Dumazet <edumazet [at] google.com> on Sat Jun 15 16:40:52 2019 -0700. The commit for this change in Linux stable tree is 10faaa3 (patch) which is from upstream commit d4d5d8e. Before thread in process context uses bh_lock_sock()
we must disable bh.
