USB: serial: cp210x: add new device id [Linux 3.16.72]

This Linux kernel change "USB: serial: cp210x: add new device id" is included in the Linux 3.16.72 release. This change is authored by Greg Kroah-Hartman <gregkh [at] linuxfoundation.org> on Wed Mar 27 10:11:14 2019 +0900. The commit for this change in Linux stable tree is 647f8e5 (patch) which is from upstream commit a595ecd. The same Linux upstream change may have been applied to various maintained Linux releases and you can find all Linux releases containing changes from upstream a595ecd.

USB: serial: cp210x: add new device id

Lorenz Messtechnik has a device that is controlled by the cp210x driver,
so add the device id to the driver.  The device id was provided by
Silicon-Labs for the devices from this vendor.
